NATO claims that Russia is moving combat troops into Ukraine

According to BBC, NATO officials have spotted Russian military equipment and combat troops entering into Ukraine. “We have seen columns of Russian equipment, primarily Russian tanks, Russian artillery, Russian air defense systems and Russian combat troops entering into Ukraine,” said NATO’s supreme allied commander, United States General Phillip Breedlove, according to Agence France-Presse, as quoted by USA Today.
